GEF Spend R750 million to kill a Marine System

On The Hunt for R747 Million .. Please Help!!!

Would St Lucia Estuary have breach Naturally?

Let's have a look at the cup saucer effect.

The evaporation factor will be greater from a saucer than from a cup. Why? Well, let's just say the Cup has more water and the saucer has less.

Shallow Water Spread over a large expanse

In effect trapping, this water in The iMfolozi River Flood Plains has no effect in essence. The flood plains where already silted up back in 1718. Today the shallow layer of water will just evaporate at a rate that has no intrinsic value to scouring the Estuary Mouth of water levels in The Wetlands area.

Best is to use it as a transport medium to carry the sediment from the mountains to the ocean. The pure volume of the water will also help with the scouring effect of the Estuary and river Mouth where it meets the ocean. During slow flow rates, the water can be diverted through a series of back channels and sediment traps towards the Northern regions and The Lake system.

Why GEF Spend R750 million to back pressure and flood the farmlands is beyond comprehension. The flood plains of the river were already dysfunctional back in 1718.

Let's get the 1942/1952/1968 management plan back on track.
