Why St Lucia don't have water on tap?

It is clear we on the wrong side of Elnino, but we are humans and with God given brains and talents we can manage our resources and minimize our impact on nature.

How ever it has come to light that St Lucia Estuaries water supply was sabotaged over a long weekend.

Whether it was done by black people or not is unclear, but it happened in their area and they where well aware of the impact it has on the small towns economy.

So from human being to fellow human being I ask thee. Where do you want to obtain money from to feed your children.
You should have similar common sense as the average adult human being. Why do you fail to meet the criteria?
