#St_Lucia_Estuary : The question on every ones lips, is the mouth open. No sorry not yet. The Authority has a promise of starting somewhere in the near future of this to happen.
On the mean time the realist amongst us is turning our eyes to nature. Yes we have a Equinox on 20 March 2015 that coincides with a Spring Tide and a wondering Tropical Storm in the Northern regions of The Southern Indian Ocean. All this with healthy water levels in the Estuary has our prayers and hope vested in a natural breach.
