Lake Bhangazi South is on the loop road on the left just before the second check point. This a natural fresh water reservoir that is fed from rainwater purculating from the dunes into the lowlying wetlands. These wetlands feed into the lake in the west or Bhangazi South just South West of Cape Vidal.
